to the repair, please
include a copy of the completed Service Form
(which is emailed to you once you Submit Form) inside the box when shipping, along with the
RA number clearly written on the outside of the box
.
Please note the following:
Propellers are not required with what is returned for service.
If the drone has sand and requires extensive cleaning, extra charges may apply even if under warranty.
If your repair will require a quote we will contact you with the quote. We require all quotes to be accepted in writing before work is started.
