To avoid delays to the repair, please include a copy of the completed Service Form (which is emailed to you once you Submit Form) inside the box when shipping, along with the RA number clearly written on the outside of the box.

Propellers are not required with what is returned for service.
If the drone has sand and requires extensive cleaning, extra charges may apply even if under warrenty.
If your repair will require a quote we will contract you with the quote. We require all quotes to be accepted in writing before work is started.
